Don't Want to Buy Microsoft Office? No Problem!

Here's a great tip if you don't want to shell out a bucket-load of money for Microsoft Office (or any other costly office suite). You don't need to buy any of them. You can download and install OpenOffice, which can open MS Office files and do just about anything you need it to. OpenOffice has six applications that replace Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access. It also includes Draw, which "lets you produce everything from simple diagrams to dynamic 3D illustrations," and Math, which "lets you create mathematical equations with a graphic user interface or by directly typing your formulas into the equation editor."
